Oxygen Tango strives to create a positive dancing environment. We maintain a zero tolerance policy towards any prejudiced, derogatory or offensive behavior, as well as any sexual harassment or abuse. Anyone in violation of this policy will be refused entry.
Oxygen Tango ("O2") is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings at O2 events. Events may be physically strenuous and participation is voluntary with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. No participants or their heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against O2 or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Participants understand that O2 does not offer refunds on its offerings; purchases are transferrable at O2's discretion, and only before start date of event.
